For Pick N Mix, an exhibition held in an abandoned Leytonstone Woolworths, John Wild collected the GSM location data created by his own mobile phone whilst taking a walk radiating out from the store.
The GSM data was solidified into a series of small metal (pewter) plaques, and placed back at the physical locations indicated by the data.
Maps indicating the location of the plaques were available from an installation within the Woolworth store.
